Pre & Post Conference Workshops

Individuals and organizations are free to suggest pre-conferences that will take place before OFFSEAS 2027.

We welcome proposals from everyone, including vendors and service providers. Pre-conference workshops should offer an in-depth exploration of topics aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge as well as certifications.

Please note that space for pre-conference sessions is limited, and you may be contacted for additional information if we decide to move forward.

Key Details:

• The workshops could be 1, 2 or 3 days (either pre- or post- conference)
• Workshop operators can suggest the price they wish to offer.
• Workshops hosted at operator facilities should factor in F&B (budget around $20USD per day) and and any transport costs into the price.
• If pre-conferences are hosted at the school campus (facilities permitting) OFFSEAS organizers will add F&B costs to the fee and these will not be factored into the revenue share (30% for OFFSEAS).
• OFFSEAS organizer will conduct post event survey and results will be shared with the operator.
• Registration fees will be collected by OFFSEAS organizers and passed to the operators at the conclusion of the workshop.
• Workshop operators will receive a free conference registration for each person involved in running pre-conference (up to maximum of 2 per pre-conference)
• Workshop operators will specify minimum numbers for workshops to run and maximums.
• OFFSEAS will share any professional photos taken at the workshop, and the operator will commit to provide any photos they take to OFFSEAS for marketing and community building purposes.
