Once upon a time Beau Miles called himself an award-winning filmmaker, best-selling author, competitive endurance athlete and inspired adventurer. Then he realised how egotistical this sounds, so now he calls himself a man having a healthy and much needed midlife crisis. Parent, YouTuber, steward of nature, inspired runner, maker of medium quality stone walls and an avid collector of wood, Beau‘s a storyteller who drinks too much caffeine and needs to shower more.
