With 23 years of dedicated service as a firefighter and officer within the Essex County Fire & Rescue Service in England, I have extensive experience handling diverse medical and emergency situations. My role as a Fire Service Training Instructor and Watch Manager has further honed my expertise in organisation and ensuring incident safety. Following that, I broadened my professional horizons by dedicating four years to working in Mombasa, Kenya, followed by an ongoing eight-year tenure in Phuket, Thailand. During this time, I have served as a Health & Safety Officer and Outdoor Education Facilitator within international school, assuming various responsibilities in these roles. I am a qualified First-Aid Instructor, an ACA Level 3 Kayaker and Instructor, ISSA Sailing Instructor, ISSA Safety Boat Instructor, and hold NEBOSH Occupational Health & Safety credentials.
