This course, offered by the Progression Adventures, is designed for outdoor enthusiasts and professionals who want to be prepared for medical emergencies in challenging environments.

Over two immersive days, you will gain essential skills and knowledge to manage injuries and illnesses when professional medical care is out of reach. 

Participants will receive certification in Austere First Aid and Adult CPR, valid for three years, upon successful completion of the course. No prior experience is necessary.

Certified Emergency Medicine Physician Associate, Progression Adventures

Song Min is a certified Emergency Medicine Physician Associate with a Masters in Medical Science, also with experience in pre-hospital care as an Emergency Medical Technician and Wilderness First Responder. With a passion for outdoor adventure, he combines his medical expertise with his love for rock climbing, hiking, and soccer, promoting health and safety in dynamic environments. His diverse experiences allow him to guide others through high-stakes situations while fostering teamwork and resilience.
