Out There, Together: Building Belonging Through Shared Leadership

Jeannette Stawski
Leadership in the outdoors reveals a powerful truth: no one succeeds alone. Inspired by The Outdoor Leader, this session focuses on how leaders – in the OFFSEAS Community – can intentionally build inclusive, cooperative communities that value shared leadership over individual achievement. Participants will reflect on how shifting from competition to collaboration fosters belonging, develops emerging leaders, and creates sustainable cultures where everyone has a place in the journey.
