This workshop explores how India’s cultural richness, strong community partnerships, and diverse landscapes enable schools to co-design curriculum-aligned programs. Participants will explore key co-design principles and examine how service, adventure, and cultural immersion can deliver measurable learning outcomes while supporting a wide range of student capabilities.

About Manjul

Manjul is a graduate in MSc Outdoor Education from Moray House School of Education, University of Edinburgh. Adventure enthusiast and passionate outdoor learning facilitator, she has spent the last fifteen years working internationally from India to America and now Australia helping to develop and facilitate quality outdoor education programs. Currently, she is the Director for Journey 4 Good which delivers community-based outdoor immersion programs for school groups. Manjul is also advocates for higher standards of outdoor adventure education delivery through her role as the AEE Accreditation Council member.

About Junaid

Junaid is a Faculty Associate and a management graduate from Bangalore University and also has a diploma in experiential education. With over 15 years of experience in managing client relationships as the CSO of Inme’s Outdoor Learning vertical and leading sales teams, Junaid uses his rich experience to facilitate group training interventions on teamwork, communication and leadership. He has facilitated programs for Pepsi, Timken, Oracle, ICICI, Ericsson, and Abbott among others. He tries to connect people with their own selves and the world around them, using experiential methodologies.
